The relationship of the total expression of transforming growth factor β1, monocytic chemoattractive protein-1, vascular endothelial growth factor-A in renal tissue with clinical and morphological manifestations in glomerulonephritis

Objective : to study the effect of total expression vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGF A), tissue β1 (TGF-β1) and monocytic chemoattractant 1 (MCP-1) on course glomerulonephritis. Material methods was a prospective (12-month) open comparative clinical morphological with inclusion 75 patients aged 18 years (males - 52, females 23) glomerulonephritis in acute stage. All were initially examined, including assessment clinical, laboratory instrumental parameters, puncture nephrobiopsy. In addition standard, sections biopsies stained labeled antibodies VEGF A, TGF-β1 MCP-1 assess their kidney tissue. After 12 months, development remission glomerulonephritis, parameters general analysis urine, creatinine, urea, uric acid blood, calculation GFR evaluated. Results it found that severity MCP-1+VEGF-A+TGFß1 is observed greater extent hematuric forms occurring without changes level blood albumin. The same follows from results demonstrating relationship manifestations more characteristic nephritic (IgA deposits, mesangial hypercellularity). increased studied factors has shown its influence fibrosis thickening walls renal vessels, glomerular interstitium, reflecting whole complex reparative remodeling inflammatory process. further accompanied by progression disease form decrease after months observation patients, revealed.
